The highlight of the exhibition is the changing presentation of Volkswagen brand prototypes and concept cars with alternative drives, including for example the I.D. family, the fully electric series vehicles by Volkswagen that will become available for sale starting in 2020.
On permanent display is the agile and super-economical 1-liter XL1: a chassis model of the car illustrates its lightweight construction. The frame model of an e-Golf shows where the battery was installed. You can also get an overall view of the new electric and plug-in hybrid vehicles made by Volkswagen and – depending on availability and the amount of time at your disposal – take a test drive after your tour.
